The Abbi Agency was in a period of meaningful growth and evolution. As client complexity increased and the agency expanded its services and teams, leadership faced a familiar challenge: how to scale impact, maintain quality, and strengthen strategy without losing the culture and craft that built the agency’s reputation.

While talent and ambition were strong, roles and processes needed refinement to support the agency’s next phase.
